Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and pound them to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
- Rub each chicken breast with olive oil on all sides.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over the chicken, rubbing it in to coat well.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
