Ingredients

About 2 pounds of ground beef, browned and drained

2 cans of cream of mushroom soup (roasted garlic flavor preferred)

1 large block of Velveeta cheese (Mexican flavor preferred)

1 pound shell pasta, cooked and drained


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat, and return beef to skillet.
  2. Add cream of mushroom soup to skillet, heating over medium heat.
  3. Cube Velveeta cheese and stir into beef and soup mixture until melted and creamy.
  4. Cook shell pasta according to package instructions, drain, and add to skillet.
  5. Stir until pasta is evenly coated with cheesy beef mixture.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
