Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
  • Hamburger buns, lettuce, and your choice of condiments for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables: Use a food processor to finely chop celery, carrots, and red onion.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped vegetables, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup, black pepper, and salt. Ensure everything is just combined, taking care not to overmix.
