Description
Creamy white chocolate fudge swirled with sweet blueberry preserves creates a rich, fruity no-bake dessert. Its beautiful marbled appearance makes it perfect for parties, gifts, and special occasions.
Ingredients
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup blueberry preserves
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Purple or blue food coloring, optional
1/3 cup crushed graham crackers, optional
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan.
- Stir the blueberry preserves into the remaining fudge mixture. Add a small amount of food coloring if a deeper color is desired.
- Spoon the blueberry mixture over the plain fudge layer and gently swirl the two mixtures together with a knife.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top if using.
- Refrigerate for about 3 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Place parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.
Freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months and thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
Raspberry or blackberry preserves can be used instead of blueberry preserves.
Add dried blueberries, toasted coconut, or crushed vanilla cookies for extra texture and flavor.
Food coloring is optional and can be omitted.
