Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 (28-ounce) bag shoestring French fries

1 (10.5-ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon pickle juice
1/2 teaspoon dehydrated onions

Instructions
- Cook the shoestring French fries according to the package directions until crispy using an air fryer or oven.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 to 45 seconds until fragrant.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, then drain excess grease.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and cheddar cheese soup until smooth and fully combined.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly into a 7×11-inch casserole dish.
- Arrange the crispy French fries evenly over the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the fries.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Meanwhile, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, dehydrated onions, and black pepper until smooth.
