Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, 2–3 minutes.

- Chill Dough: Divide dough, wrap in plastic, and chill for 1 hour.
