Ingredients

1 lb Crabmeat

½ cup Crushed Ritz Crackers

⅓ cup Mayonnaise

1 Large Egg

1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped

½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tbsp Lemon Juice

6 Egg Roll Wrappers

½ cup Water (for sealing the egg rolls)


Instructions

  1. Whisk together egg, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and parsley.
  2. Fold in crushed Ritz crackers and crabmeat.
  3. Chill mixture for 15 minutes.
  4. Lay out egg roll wrappers, spoon crab cake mixture onto each, and fold into egg rolls.
  5. Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
