Description

This creamy fruit salad combines fresh bananas, strawberries, kiwi, mango, and blueberries with a sweet vanilla yogurt and honey dressing. It is a refreshing, colorful treat perfect as a light dessert, snack, or side dish.

Ingredients

2 bananas

1 kiwi

5 strawberries

1/2 cup blueberries

1 cup mango chunks

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Chop the bananas, kiwi, strawberries, and mango into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add all prepared fruits and the blueberries to a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the vanilla yogurt and honey until smooth.
  4. Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit and gently toss until evenly coated.
  5. Chill for about 10 minutes before serving cold.

Notes

Use Greek yogurt instead of vanilla yogurt for extra protein.

Add pineapple chunks or grapes for additional fruit variety.

Top with shredded coconut or chopped nuts for extra texture.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Toss banana slices with a little lemon or lime juice to help prevent browning.
