Ingredients
2 to 3 slices soft bread
1 egg
3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
2 to 3 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
Fresh raspberries
10g dark chocolate chips
Extra maple syrup for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer or oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Whisk together the egg, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup or honey in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Press the center of each bread slice with a spoon to create a shallow well.
- Spoon the custard mixture into the center of each slice.
- Top with fresh raspberries and dark chocolate chips.
- Air fry for 4 to 5 minutes or bake for 8 to 12 minutes until the custard is set and lightly caramelized.
- Drizzle with extra maple syrup before serving if desired.
Notes
Substitute raspberries with blueberries, strawberries, or blackberries.
