3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

4 large eggs

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Assorted food coloring

Sprinkles (for decoration)

Frosting or whipped cream (for filling and decoration)


Instructions
