Ingredients
¼ watermelon, cut into bite-sized cubes
12 ounces dark chocolate
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
- Arrange the watermelon cubes on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
- Freeze the watermelon cubes for about 15 minutes until firm.
- Combine the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Remove the watermelon cubes from the freezer.
- Dip each watermelon cube into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
