Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, etc.)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables, ginger, and garlic. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and stir well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
