Ingredients
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup red and green grapes
2 mandarins, peeled and segmented
2 kiwis, chopped
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon or orange juice
Fresh mint, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all fruit thoroughly.
- Slice the bananas, chop the kiwis, peel and segment the mandarins, and cut the pineapple into chunks if needed.
- Add the bananas, pineapple, grapes, mandarins, and kiwis to a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the honey and lemon or orange juice over the fruit.
- Toss gently until all the fruit is evenly coated.
- Garnish with fresh mint if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
Add strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mango, or pomegranate seeds for variety.
Replace honey with maple syrup if preferred.
Use lime juice for a tangier flavor.
