Description

Soft, sweet, and perfectly spiced, these Keto Cinnamon Cream Cheese Bites are a low-carb treat with a creamy center and warm cinnamon topping—ideal for snacks, light desserts, or grab-and-go breakfasts.

Ingredients

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup butter, softened

1/3 cup granulated erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Cinnamon Topping:

1 tbsp granulated erythritol

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  3. Add in the sweetener, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing well until fully combined.
  4. Stir in the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until a soft dough forms.
  5. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, form small dough balls and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the cinnamon topping ingredients and sprinkle generously over each dough ball.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden and set.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Store extras in the fridge.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Can be frozen for up to 2 months; thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.

Reheat in the microwave for 10–15 seconds, or enjoy cold.

Try adding nutmeg, pumpkin spice, or chopped pecans for variations.

Use a 1:1 sugar replacement sweetener like erythritol, monk fruit, or allulose.
