1 large egg

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 teaspoon garlic seasoning

2 slices American cheese

1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat a mini waffle maker until hot.

  3. Pour half of the mixture into the waffle maker and cook for about 4 minutes until golden and set.
  4. Repeat with the remaining batter to make the second chaffle.
  5. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Place one chaffle in the skillet, top with the American cheese slices, and cover with the second chaffle.
  7. Cook for about 1 minute, carefully flip, and continue cooking for another 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
