Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
Orange food coloring, optional
Instructions
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until evenly mixed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.

- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Divide the filling evenly between two bowls.

- Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, or overnight, until fully set.

Notes
For extra flavor, add a few tablespoons of orange marmalade to the orange filling.
