2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup packed light brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 large eggs

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

These cookies are best enjoyed warm but can be stored in an airtight container for up to several days
