Ingredients
1 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
1/4 cup brewed coffee or 1–2 shots of espresso
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: whipped cream and additional pumpkin pie spice for topping
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
- Heat over medium heat, whisking continuously until the mixture is hot and well combined. Avoid boiling.

Notes
For a stronger coffee flavor, use 2 shots of espresso.
