Ingredients
1 pound breakfast sausage
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can (10 ounces) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1½ cups baking mix (such as Bisquick)
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the breakfast sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, baking mix, and cayenne pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
