Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, beating until combined.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in crushed freeze-dried strawberries and white chocolate chips (if using).
