This Triple Berry Banana Smoothie is a creamy and refreshing blend of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. Perfect for a quick breakfast or nutritious snack, it comes together in just minutes with vibrant berry flavor and natural sweetness.

Ingredients

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup frozen raspberries

1 cup frozen blackberries

1 ripe banana

1 1/4 cups cold unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and banana to a blender.
  2. Pour in the cold unsweetened almond milk.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and honey.
  4. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  5. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of almond milk and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrients.

Substitute honey with maple syrup for a different natural sweetness.

Add chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra fiber and omega-3s.

Use vanilla Greek yogurt for a sweeter flavor.

Blend in protein powder for a more filling smoothie.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours and stir before serving.
