2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 (16 oz) bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 medium potatoes, diced (any variety, such as russet)
Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until beef is browned and onions are translucent.
- Season with salt and pepper, stirring to combine.
- Pour in beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
