Description

Ingredients

6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed

1 English cucumber, chopped

6 ounces feta cheese, cubed

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

1 lime, zested and juiced

Sea salt flakes, to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Add the watermelon, cucumber, feta cheese, and chopped mint to a large serving bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the lime zest over the salad and drizzle the fresh lime juice on top.
  3. Gently toss everything together until just combined, being careful not to break up the watermelon.
  4. Season with sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
