Ingredients
1 ½ pounds ground beef
1 onion, minced
1 taco seasoning packet
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese, divided
One 4-ounce can diced green chilies, drained
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then add minced onion, taco seasoning, and diced green chilies. Cook until onions are tender.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, half of each cheese, and set aside.
- Combine Bisquick and water to form dough, spread in a casserole dish.
