Ingredients

2 slices sourdough bread, toasted

1/2 large ripe avocado, sliced

1/4 cup beetroot hummus

2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese

Fresh sprouts, to serve

Dukkah or za’atar spice blend, to taste


Instructions
