Description

A refreshing and creamy iced Spanish latte made with bold espresso, milk, and sweetened condensed milk for a quick café-style treat at home.

Ingredients

5 fluid ounces whole milk

1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

4 ounces espresso

Ice

Instructions

  1. In a glass, combine the whole milk and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk until smooth and slightly foamy.
  2. Fill a separate glass with ice and pour the freshly brewed espresso over it.
  3. Add the milk mixture into the espresso and stir gently until well combined.
  4. Serve immediately while cold.

Notes

Substitute whole milk with oat or almond milk for a lighter or dairy-free option.

Adjust sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk.

Add vanilla extract or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.

Top with whipped cream for a more indulgent version.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours and stir before drinking.

For a hot version, skip the ice and warm the milk before combining.
