Ingredients
1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons water (optional)
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, kosher salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- While whisking continuously, slowly pour in the olive oil until the dressing is creamy and fully combined.
- Stir in the chopped fresh dill and mix until evenly distributed.
