Description
This Strawberry Cheesecake Nachos Box combines crispy cinnamon sugar tortilla chips with a fluffy cheesecake dip and sweet strawberry topping for a fun and shareable dessert. Perfect for parties, movie nights, or summer gatherings.
Ingredients
6 small flour tortillas, cut into triangles
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, divided
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup fresh or canned strawberry pie filling
Fresh strawberry slices, optional
Melted chocolate or caramel, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
